Not Sure If This is For You?

 One of the misconceptions about a program like ours is that it’s for people who are already fit, which is absolutely not the case. In fact, we are better suited for people who are starting out because we have those professional coaches who interacts with them one-on-one in order to get them started safely and efficiently. 

I know what you may be thinking...


I can't find the time:

 Yes, you can! We offer 30 minute workouts in the morning, afternoon and evening Monday - Friday, Saturday mornings, plus we are open 24 hours and will show you an exercise program  you can do (safely) on your own. Got a young child? They are welcome to come with you to most sessions!

It's Going To Be Too Difficult, I'm Too Far Gone:

 No, It's never too late to start, new people start every Monday, and we have members from age 21-74 in our groups. We will customize every workout for you, making sure you are safe.  

I May Not Be Able To Complete The Full Program:

 No problem, if you miss time for injury, sickness, childcare, work we will add the missing time on when you are ready. We've even given people the full 3 weeks to start over fresh, just so they can get a full, uninterrupted taste of our program.

Its All Fit People Staring At Me, I Wont Fit In:

 That's not Stretch, at all. We are more new people to exercise than we are elite fit people. Our average age is 47 years of age, and we are 65% Women, and I can guarantee you all of them have anxiety, body image & self esteem issues just like you. You'll be surrounded by busy, mature men & women who are just trying to get healthy, gain energy, shed some pounds and tone.

I've Tried Gyms & Classes Before, It Didn't Work:

 When you are part of a supportive community of like minded mature men and women, It's proven you will stick at it longer. Exercise wise, we use a variety of weights, dumbells, ropes & bars to continually challenge you...this isnt a bodyweight workout . Plus, you get access to the weight room and cardio room for variety so you wont get bored, to help push you physiccan do extra and really push past your plateau and get you results.​ 

I don't know how/when/what to eat, It's so confusing!

Don't worry, our weekly private consultations is where we begin to dig into your nutrition and where you struggle.  The simple to follow recipe books, 7-day meal plan and grocery lists will  help it all become clear.
